Brett T. Bradford, Esq.

 Brett T. Bradford is a natural born, native Central Floridian. Born in Ocala, Florida, Brett was raised in Fruitland Park, Florida. After graduating from Leesburg High School in 2004, Brett attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History in 2008. He then went on to Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2011. Brett was admitted to practice law by the Florida Bar in 2011. He was admitted to practice law by the Kentucky Bar in 2025.


His legal experience includes working for Robert G. Hicks, Attorney at Law where he practiced focusing on wills, trusts, estates and probate. Brett founded Bradford Law, PLLC in 2014.


 Brett prides himself on being a native Floridian and can trace his Floridian heritage back 5 generations. When not practicing law, Brett enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sportsman, believing that the values learned in those pursuits are applicable to all aspects of his life. As a University of Florida graduate, Brett is also passionate about all things Gators athletics and is a season ticket holder for Gators Baseball. He is happily married to his wife, Maria. They live in Lady Lake, Florida with their son, Raylan.

Joshua R. Bolus was born and raised in the Louisville Metro Area where he has lived most of his life. Josh is a 2008 graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, KY 2008 and obtained his law degree at Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando in 2011. He was an editor of the Barry Law Review and wrote a published article in the Spring 2011 issue. Josh is admitted to practice law in Florida (2011) and Kentucky (2012).

His legal experience includes time as an assistant county attorney with the Bullitt County Attorney’s Office where he handled various duties such as criminal prosecution, child support collection, establishing adult guardianships, protection of abused and neglected children, and advising local government. He has also worked as public defender with the Department of Public Advocacy handling post-conviction challenges, and as a staff attorney with the Kentucky Court of Appeals assisting judges in the drafting of appellate decisions.

As a native of the Bluegrass State, Josh is a passionate fan of the game basketball. Josh grew up working with and assisting his father, basketball writer and scout Rick Bolus, at the High Potential Blue-Chip Basketball Camp which ran for over 40 years.
